From a healthy and hearty breakfast buffet to a four-course dinner in the evening, here at the Hotel Niederreiter in Maria Alm we make sure that our guests enjoy excellent food throughout the day. The range of dishes served and ingredients used is just as diverse as our visitors themselves. A unique dining experience includes a great view: Choose for yourself whether you would like to sit in our hall, in the restaurant or rather on the terrace.

Breakfast

Start the day the right way

As guests come down for breakfast in the morning, served from 7:30 onwards, they are greeted with the scent of freshly baked bread and rolls. The extensive buffet includes cheese and cold meats, freshly made spreads, jams and honey, as well as muesli and fresh juices. We also serve a selection of egg-based dishes. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy the pastries and cakes.

The breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 until 9:30.

As an entertaining and action-packed day comes to an end, what better way to unwind than with a fine evening meal at the Hotel Niederreiter? Our team of chefs looks forward to tantalising your tastebuds each and every evening with a delicious four-course dinner.

Half-board guests can look forward to soup, salad, a main course and a dessert. For the main course there are always two options to choose from. If you wish, we can also prepare a vegetarian version of the meal for you .

Regular themed buffets – in summer a selection of traditional Austrian dishes and an ice cream buffet, in winter Italian evenings and dessert buffets – provide plenty of variation and variety.

Upon request our team of chefs will be happy to prepare vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
